The Taraz Bitum scope connects asphalt blowing, heated storage, hot-oil coils, piping routes, civil works, E&I hook-ups, and PLC-based control into one EPC package.

The plant is structured around the reactor area, heated tank farm, transfer lines, hot-oil circulation, and control systems.
